摘　　要：从道德失范视角探讨学术失范行为的类型和根源、构建治理体系,不仅是加强学术道德建设、构建良好学术生态的必要前提,也为相关研究提供了新的分析视角。按照目标—手段的行为分析模式,当前学术失范主要表现为多种类型;其根源在于集体意识的“缺席”、文化目标和制度手段的“错位”、个体价值观的“迷失”等。为此,应明确政府、科研机构、学术共同体三方在学术失范治理中的角色和职能,构建动态高效的学术失范治理体系。Exploring the causes and types of academic misconduct from the perspective of moral anomie,and constructing a governance system,is not only a prerequisite for strengthening academic ethics construction and building a good academic ecology,but also provides a new perspective for related research.According to the behavior analysis model of goal means,academic misconduct is classified into various categories.This paper analyzes the causes of academic misconduct from three aspects:the"absence"of collective consciousness,the"misalignment"of cultural goals and institutional means,and the"loss"of individual values.Based on this,this paper clarifies the logic and functions of the government,research institutions,and academic community in the governance of academic misconduct,and construct a governance system for academic misconduct.
