马克思主义政治经济学视域下库切《幽暗之地》的“去历史化”表征

摘　　要：历史地看,近代欧洲殖民扩张的发生与资本主义的发展是密切相关的。然而,在库切小说《幽暗之地》对殖民历史的重构中,殖民暴力仅仅被视为由于主体意志过度膨胀而导致的心理失常表现,与资本逻辑和领土逻辑并无内在关联。受叙述立场的束缚,小说没有从马克思主义政治经济学视角去诊断殖民行为,揭示殖民主义的物质掠夺本质。小说对殖民历史的表征具有“形而上学”倾向,其本质是“去历史化”,与去殖政治存在一定的紧张关系,隐含了库切作为南非白人自由派作家对于帝国意识形态的矛盾态度。Historically the occurrence of colonial expansion in modern Europe is closely related to the development of capitalism.In J.M.Coetzee's novel Dusklands,however,colonial violence is only regarded as a manifestation of pure psychological disorder,which is caused by excessive power will with no intrinsic relationship with capital and territory logic.Because of the constraints of the narrative position,the novel fails to diagnose the colonialism from the perspective of Marxist political economy and reveal its plundering nature.The representation of colonial history is"metaphysical",which is dehistoricalized in nature and therefore incongruous to decolonization politics and implies that Coetzee has an ambivalent attitude towards imperial ideology as a white liberal writer in South Africa.
