基于利益相关者视角的体育传统特色学校发展困境与解纾路径

摘  要:运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,借助利益相关者理论对体育传统特色学校发展的利益相关者各方主体的利益诉求进行分析,总结了体育传统特色学校的发展困境。研究认为:权威决策设计者顶层设计失调、关键执行配合者落地受阻、从属参与受益者成长受限成为体育传统特色学校的发展阻碍。研究提出完善顶层设计,建立多元主体协同发展联动机制;保障执行主体权益,助力体育传统特色学校发展建设;促进参与受益者成长发展,灵活实施因材施教等解纾路径。By using the methods of literature review,interviews and logical analysis,and stakeholder theory,this paper identifies the stakeholders in the development of the traditional sports characteristic schools,clarifies the interests of the main parties,and concludes the dilemmas of the development of the traditional sports characteristic schools.The study finds that the lack of top-level design of authoritative decision-makers,the obstruction of the implementation of key implementers,and the restricted growth of beneficiaries of subordinate participation have become obstacles to the development of the traditional sports characteristic schools.It is suggested to improve the top-level design,and establish multi-subject coordinated development linkage mechanism;protect the rights and interests of the executive body,and help the development and construction of the traditional sports characteristic schools;promote the growth and development of participating beneficiaries,and flexibly teach students according to their aptitude to solve the above mentioned problems.
