摘 要:新型煤化工企业冷凝液回收率已达到90%以上,对于冷凝液的深度处理有较为严格的要求,针对煤化工特有冷凝液水质,提出对新型煤化工企业冷凝液回收深度处理技术的探讨与研究,通过去除有机物、铁离子、盐分的分析与设计,对煤化工返回冷凝液进行深度处理,具有回收率高,去除率高的效果,很好的满足了实际生产的需求。The condensate recovery rate of new coal chemical enterprises has reached more than 90%,and there are strict requirements for the depth treatment of condensate.For the unique condensate water quality of coal chemical industry,it is proposed to explore and research on the depth treatment technology of condensate recovery in new coal chemical enterprises,and through the analysis and design of removing the organics,iron ions and salts,it is possible to carry out the depth treatment of the condensate returned from coal chemical industry,and it has the effect of high recovery and high removal rate,which well meets the actual production requirements.The effect of high removal rate,well meet the actual production needs.
