摘  要:交点孔是飞机装配中的一类关键连接孔,其制孔精度和质量直接影响飞机的使用寿命和飞行安全。针对表征交点孔加工质量的表面粗糙度,试验分析了镗削速度、进给量和切削深度三种加工工艺对其影响规律。首先开展8组不同参数组合的交点孔精加工,实际测量了交点孔的表面粗糙度,然后采用最小二乘法确定交点孔表面粗糙度的经验公式,最后分析了各工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:表面粗糙度与镗削速度呈负相关,与进给量和切削深度呈正相关。为降低交点孔的表面粗糙度,可以从提高镗削速度、减小进给量和切削深度方面入手。Intersection holes are a kind of key connection holes in aircraft assembly,and their precision and quality directly affect the service life and flight safety of aircraft.In order to characterise the surface roughness of the intersection holes,the influence of boring speed,feed and depth of cut on the surface roughness of the holes is analysed.Firstly,8 groups of different parameter combinations of the intersection hole finishing were carried out,and the surface roughness of the intersection hole was actually measured,then the empirical formula of the surface roughness of the intersection hole was determined by the method of least squares,and finally the influence of each process parameter on the surface roughness was analysed.The test results show that the surface roughness is negatively correlated with the boring speed and positively correlated with the feed and depth of cut.In order to reduce the surface roughness of intersection holes,we can start from increasing the boring speed,reducing the feed and depth of cut.
