摘　　要：当前,全面建成小康社会取得伟大历史性成就,第一个百年奋斗目标已经实现,站在接续历史的更高起点上,我国进入新发展阶段,向第二个百年奋斗目标进军。踏上新征程,厚植发展“绿底色”,打造数字“强引擎”,下好政策“先手棋”,瞄准市场“风向标”,扭住创新“牛鼻子”,强化差异“特色牌”,以数字化和绿色化协同(以下简称“双化协同”)加快发展新质生产力,是新征程解放和发展生产力的客观要求,也是推动生产力迭代升级、实现现代化的必然选择。At present,the building of a moderately prosperous society in all aspects has made great historic achievements,and the first hundred-year goal has been achieved.Standing on the higher starting point of succeeding history,China has entered a new stage of development and is marching towards the second hundred-year goal.Embarking on a new journey,we should cultivate a"green background"for development,build a"strong engine"for digitalisation,play a good policy"first move",aim at the"wind vane"of the market,and twist innovation."twisting the"bullnose"of innovation,strengthening the"characteristic card"of difference,and accelerating the development of new quality productivity with the synergy of digitisation and greening(hereinafter referred to as the"double synergy"),is the key to the new journey.The development of new productivity is the objective requirement for the liberation and development of productivity in the new journey,and also the inevitable choice for promoting the iterative upgrading of productivity and realising modernisation.
