摘  要:随着碳达峰碳中和政策的提出,钢铁行业在节能和环保方面有了更高的要求。废钢资源的稳定积累、电炉炼钢技术的不断提升、余热回收发电的进一步发展以及二噁英问题的有效解决,给电炉炼钢在新形势下增加了非常大的竞争力,可以预见电炉炼钢将有更显著的增长。With the proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization policy,the iron and steel industry has higher requirements in energy conservation and environmental protection.The stable accumulation of scrap resources,the continuous improvement of EAF steelmaking technology,the further development of waste heat recovery,and the effective solution of dioxin problem have increased the competitiveness of EAF steelmaking under the new situation.It can be predicted that EAF steelmaking will have a more significant growth.
