摘　　要：目的探讨侵袭性肺曲霉病的早期诊断与治疗。方法对1例侵袭性肺曲霉病的临床资料进行回顾性研究,并复习文献。结果本例患者经过严格的抗真菌治疗之后,病情有所好转,无其他并发症及死亡发生。结论在临床上,要详细询问病史,通过影像学检查,尽快完善血清、肺泡灌洗液GM试验和血清G试验等,做到早诊断、早治疗,改善IPA患者的预后,降低病死率。Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.Methods The clinical data of 1 case with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis were retrospectively studied and the literature was reviewed.Results After strict antifungal therapy,the patient′s condition improved and no other complications or death occurred.Conclusion In clinical practice,it is necessary to inquire about the medical history in detail and improve the serum,alveolar lavage fluid GM test,and serum G test as soon as possible through imaging examination,to achieve early diagnosis and treatment,improve the prognosis of IPA patients,and reduce the mortality.
