摘 要:以某搭载无级变速器(continuously variable transmission,CVT)乘用车全油门百公里加速工况下的车内噪声为研究对象,采用等级评分法进行主观评价试验。针对车辆在2000~3000 r/min加速行驶过程中,驾驶员耳旁噪声高、声品质主观评价较差、人车一体感觉较差的问题,通过调整换挡策略进行优化,驾驶员耳旁峰值噪声由89.7 dB(A)降低至67.0 dB(A),车内噪声主观评价由6分提升至8分,有效提升了人车一体的驾驶感觉。The interior noise of a CVT passenger car under full throttle acceleration of 100 km was taken as the research object,and a subjective evaluation test was conducted using the level scoring method.During the acceleration process of the vehicle from 2000 to 3000 r/min,there was high noise near the driver′s ears,poor subjective perception of sound quality,and a poor sense of integration between the driver and the vehicle.Adjusting the gear-shifting strategy for optimization reduced the peak noise near the driver′s ear from 89.7 dB(A)to 67.0 dB(A)and the subjective evaluation of the interior noise was increased from 6 points to 8 points,effectively improving the sense of integration between the driver and the vehicle.
