摘 要:为明确7种杀虫剂与木贼镰刀菌Fusarium equiseti及二者混用对桃蚜Myzus persicae的杀虫效果,本研究采用浸叶浸虫法分别测定了木贼镰刀菌、杀虫剂单剂、木贼镰刀菌与杀虫剂单剂混用对桃蚜的室内毒力效果,筛选出毒力较强的杀虫剂与木贼镰刀菌混用并评价其在温室内对桃蚜的防治效果。室内毒力测定结果表明,7种杀虫剂的毒力均低于35 mg/L,毒力大小依次是阿维菌素、双丙环虫酯、吡虫啉、鱼藤酮、溴氰虫酰胺、苦参碱和氟啶虫酰胺,木贼镰刀菌JMF-01对桃蚜的LC_(50)为3.01×10^(6)孢子/mL。除氟啶虫酰胺与木贼镰刀菌混配后共毒系数小于120,其余药剂与木贼镰刀菌混配后共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用,其中苦参碱和木贼镰刀菌以1(15 mg/L)∶1(10^(7)孢子/mL)混配后共毒系数最大,为339。木贼镰刀菌与双丙环虫酯混配后的温室防效在第10 d可达到88.28%,与鱼藤酮在混配后第14 d防效达到最佳,为83.44%。综上所述,木贼镰刀菌与杀虫剂混配对桃蚜的毒杀作用和防效均好于单剂,混配不仅降低了农药的使用剂量,还提高了防效,本文为桃蚜的生物防治提供参考价值。In order to clarify the insecticidal effects of 7 insecticides combined with Fusarium equiseti and their mixture on Myzus persicae,this study used leaf soaking method to measure the indoor toxicity effects of F.equiseti,single insecticide,and a mixture of F.equiseti and single insecticide on M.persicae.The stronger insecticides were screened and mixed with F.equiseti to evaluate their control effects on M.persicae in greenhouses.The indoor toxicity test results showed that the toxicity of the seven insecticides was all below 35 mg/L,and the order of toxicity was abamectin,afidopyropen,imidacloprid,rotenone,cyantraniliprole,matrine,and flonicamid.The LC_(50) of JMF-01 to M.persicae was 3.01×10^(6) spores/mL.Except for the toxicity of the mixture of flonicamid and F.equiseti which was less than 120,the co-toxicity coefficients of the other drugs mixed with F.equiseti were all greater than 120,indicating a synergistic effect.Among them,matrine and F.equiseti mixed at a ratio of 1(15 mg/L)to 1(10^(7) spores/mL)had the highest co toxicity coefficient,which was 339.The greenhouse control effect of the mixture of F.equiseti and afidopyropen can reach 88.28%on the 10th day,and the best control effect of 83.44%is achieved on the 14^(th) day after mixing with rotenone.The toxicity and control effect of the combination of F.equiseti and insecticides on M.persicae are better than those of single agents.The combination not only reduces the dosage of pesticides,but also enhances the control effect,providing reference value for the biological control of M.persicae.
