摘 要:针对酸模储蓄系统中蓼蓝齿胫叶甲发生规律不清楚、蠋蝽对蓼蓝齿胫叶甲消耗情况不明确及蠋蝽酸模储蓄系统中的定殖情况不清楚等基础生物学及生态学问题,田间开展4年关于蓼蓝齿胫叶甲发生规律调查、室内进行蠋蝽对蓼蓝齿胫叶甲的捕食功能反应研究及田间蠋蝽在酸模储蓄系统中的定殖情况研究。调查发现,蓼蓝齿胫叶甲在贵阳市花溪区1年发生一代,越冬成虫于2月下旬始见,3月初开始产卵,幼虫3月上旬始现,3月底至4月初达幼虫高发期。4月上旬后期开始进入蛹期,4下旬达羽化高峰期,5月上旬后成虫逐渐开始进入越夏越冬期,整个越夏越冬期长达270多天。捕食功能反应表明,蠋蝽对蓼蓝齿胫叶甲的捕食功能符合HollingⅡ模型,理论日捕食量最大为8.850头,与实际捕食最大量(7头)相当。蠋蝽在酸模储蓄系统中定殖调查表明,蠋蝽的定殖率随着猎物蓼蓝齿胫叶甲密度降低而降低,酸模储蓄系统涵养蠋蝽时间为30 d。结果表明在春季猎物不足情况下,设置适宜酸模储蓄系统可能是当前最为有效的涵养蠋蝽的措施之一。To investigate some fundamental biological and ecological issues in the Rumex acetosa L.banker system,such as unclear patterns of occurrence of the Gastrophysa atrocyanea in the banker system,unclear consumption situation of the Arma custos on G.atrocyaneafield,and unclear settlement situation of A.custos in the R.acetosa L.storage system.The occurrence patterns of the G.atrocyanea in the banker system were investigated in four years.Moreover,laboratory experiments were carried out to study the predatory functional response of A.custos to G.atrocyanea.Additionally,a field study was conducted to examine the colonization pattern of the A.custos in the banker system.The results revealed that G.atrocyanea completed one generation per year in Huaxi district,Guiyang city.The overwintering adult began to appear in late February,while laying eggs in beginning March,and the larva appeared in early March with a high incidence period from late March to April beginning.The pupal stage began in early April,then the emergence peak reached in late April,and the adults gradually began to oversummering and overwintering after early May,which lasted for over 270 d.The predation function response suggested that the predation function of A.custos on G.atrocyanea conformed to Holling II model.The daily maximum theoretical predation rate was 8.850 prey,which was equivalent to the daily maximum observed predation 7 prey.Investigation showed that the colonization rate of the A.custos decreased with the density of prey G.atrocyanea decreased,and the retention time of A.custos was 30 d in the R.acetosa L.banker system.These results indicated that setting up an appropriate R.acetosa L.banker system could be one of the most effective measures to retain A.custos when the prey was scarce in spring.
