摘 要:为探明有效防治芒果细菌性角斑病的技术,本研究采用植物病原菌分离方法对三亚市崖州区芒果细菌性角斑病进行分离鉴定并进行致病性检测。通过室内毒力测定、田间植株喷雾和土壤灌根处理评价了几种药剂对芒果细菌性角斑病的防治效果。结果表明,芒果细菌性角斑病的致病菌为柑橘黄单胞菌芒果致病变种Xanthomonas critis pv.mangiferaeindicae。室内毒力试验表明,30%氰烯·丙硫菌唑和25%寡糖·乙蒜素对芒果细菌性角斑病具有良好的毒力作用,EC_(50)值分别为0.28和0.38 mg/mL。田间试验结果表明,植株喷雾处理30 d后,50%氯溴异氰尿酸+25%寡糖·乙蒜素混配对芒果细菌性角斑病的防效仍达到71.02%;土壤灌根处理30 d后,10%丙硫唑+25%寡糖·乙蒜素和50%氯溴异氰尿酸+25%寡糖·乙蒜素对芒果细菌性角斑病的防效分别为87.68%和85.57%。本研究结果为芒果细菌性角斑病的有效防治提供了重要参考。In order to investigate the effective control techniques against mango bacterial leaf spot,this study used phytopathogenic bacteria isolation methods to isolate and identify mango bacterial leaf spot in Yazhou District,Sanya City,and to detect its pathogenicity.The efficacy of several agents against mango bacterial leaf spot was evaluated by indoor virulence determination,field plant spray and soil root irrigation treatments.The results showed that the causal agent of mango bacterial leaf spot was Xanthomonas critis pv.mangiferaeindicae.The indoor virulence assay showed that 30%cyano-prothioconazole and 25%oligosaccharide-ethylicin had good virulence against mango bacterial leaf spot,with EC50 values of 0.28 and 0.38 mg/mL.The results of the field experiment showed that after 30 d of the plant spray treatment,the efficacy of 50%Chlorobromoisocyanuric acid+25%oligosaccharide-ethylicin mixture against mango bacterial leaf spot was still 71.02%,and the efficacy of 10%Prothioconazole+25%oligosaccharide-ethylicin and 50%Chlorobromoisocyanuric acid+25%oligosaccharideethylicin against mango bacterial leaf spot were 87.68%and 85.57%,respectively,after 30 d of the soil root irrigation treatment.The results of this study provide an important reference for the effective control of mango bacterial leaf spot.
