摘 要:通过在钛合金表面制备碳化钨(WC)耐磨涂层可以改善其硬度低和耐磨性差的劣势,大幅度提高钛合金的耐磨程度,延长其在摩擦工况下的服役寿命。利用激光改性技术可以使WC涂层与基材实现冶金结合,促进所制备涂层的结合力和致密性进一步提升。本文介绍了激光熔覆、激光重熔、激光原位辅助喷涂技术制备钛合金表面WC涂层的技术特点、涂层性能及发展趋势,期望为未来钛合金表面WC涂层制备方式的优化改进带来启发和借鉴。The low hardness and poor wear resistance of titanium alloys can be improved by preparing tungsten carbide(WC)coatings on their surfaces.The existence of WC coatings renders titanium alloys with a nice wear resistance,which delays their work lifetime under friction conditions.Laser modification technology can make the metallurgical binding between substance materials and coatings,facilitating the further enhancement on the adhesion and compactness of WC coatings.In this paper,the laser cladding,laser remelting and in situ laser assisted spraying will be introduced,which involves the corresponding manufacture characteristics,coatings performances and development trends for the preparation of WC coatings.It is expected to provide inspiration and reference for the optimization and improvement on preparing WC coatings in the future.
