摘　　要：涂装图案施工是制约客车行业生产的瓶颈工序之一,优化图案施工能提高图案的施工效率、质量及一致性。本文结合一批客车订单过渡漆图案,介绍了客车车身图案施工及订单过渡漆图案概况,制定了涂装4种图案施工策划方案。通过确认方案及过渡漆图案前移到面漆工序实施,从而圆满地完成了该批客车订单的交付,受到客户的认可及好评,并为其他类似图案施工提供借鉴参考。The painting pattern construction is still one of the bottleneck processes restricting production in the passenger bus industry,and optimizing pattern construction can improve the efficiency,quality,and consistency of pattern construction.This article introduces the construction of bus body patterns and the overview of order transition paint patterns based on a batch of bus order transition paint patterns,and develops four painting pattern construction planning plans.By confirming the plan and implementing the transition paint pattern scheme for the topcoat process,the delivery of this batch of passenger bus orders was successfully completed,receiving recognition and praise from customers,and providing reference for other similar pattern construction.
