摘　　要：前处理作为涂装的关键工序之一,除了为电泳提供一个洁净的车身的作用外,在防腐性方面也起到至关重要的作用。经过对汽车涂装制造过程中的防腐工艺深入探究,在前处理过程防腐能力提升明显。本文主要阐述了前处理过程中的腐蚀问题及过程控制方法,为汽车前处理防腐控制提供参考建议。Pretreatment as one of the key processes of painting,not only provides a clean body for electrophoresis,but also plays a crucial role in anti-corrosion.After in-depth exploration of the anti-corrosion technology in the manufacturing process of automobile coating,the anti-corrosion ability in the pre-treatment process has been significantly improved.This paper mainly describes the corrosion problems and process control methods in the pre-treatment process,and provides reference suggestions for the anti-corrosion control of automobile pre-treatment.
