摘  要:在油气田管道腐蚀减缓措施中,最常用的一种就是加注缓蚀剂。随着深水油气田的开发,如何准确评价缓蚀剂的效果成为深水海底管道内腐蚀保护的重要课题。通过对深水海底管道A现场工况的研究,制定了在用气相缓蚀剂HG-213物性测试、缓蚀性能测试的评价方案,其中缓蚀性能测试中采用了多相流动态环道腐蚀评价系统评估现场在用气相缓蚀剂在高速湿气工况下的有效性。试验表明,海底管道A气相缓蚀剂HG-213在高速湿气工况下,可有效减缓管道的内腐蚀。The most commonly used measure to mitigate corrosion in pipelines at oil and gas field was to add corrosion inhibitors.With the development of deep-water oil and gas fields,how to accurately evaluate the efficiency of inhibitors became an important issue in the internal corrosion protection of deep-water submarine pipelines.Through the study of on-site working conditions of submarine pipeline A,an evaluation plan of gas phase inhibitor HG-213 in use was developed for the physical property test and inhibition performance test,and the multiphase flow dynamic loop corrosion evaluation system was used to assess the protective effect of the in-use gas phase inhibitor under high-speed wet gas conditions in the inhibition performance test.The results showed that inhibitor HG-213 could effectively slow down the internal corrosion of the pipeline A under high-speed wet gas conditions.
