摘 要:采用高温高压釜模拟P110钢与3Cr钢在不同气窜程度下的采出井腐蚀工况,通过质量损失法测得腐蚀速率,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、能谱仪(EDS)和三维轮廓仪(3D Profilometer)对腐蚀产物的形貌与成分进行分析,考察了不同井深处金属的腐蚀行为差异。结果表明:3Cr钢的均匀腐蚀速率和最大点蚀速率低于P110钢,且两种金属均发生明显的点蚀行为。随着井深的增加和CO_(2)体积分数的增加,3Cr钢的均匀腐蚀速率总体呈现逐渐上升的趋势,P110钢均匀腐蚀速率呈现先上升后下降的趋势;P110钢表面腐蚀产物成分以FeCO_(3)为主;3Cr钢在低温和低CO_(2)分压下其表面腐蚀产物主要为FeCr_(2)O_(4)和Cr(OH)_(3),在高温和高CO_(2)分压下,3Cr钢表面腐蚀产物为双层膜,外层膜以FeCO_(3)为主,内层膜主要为FeCr_(2)O_(4)和Cr(OH)_(3)。The high temperature and high pressure autoclave was used to simulate the corrosion conditions of P110 steel and 3Cr steel in production wells under different gas channeling degrees,and the corrosion rate was measured by mass loss method.To investigate the differences in corrosion behavior of metals at different depths of the well,the morphology of the corrosion products was analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy(Raman)and three-dimensional profilometer(3D profilometer),and its composition was analyzed by using energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results showed that the uniform corrosion rate and maximum pitting corrosion rate of 3Cr steel were lower than those of P110 steel,and both metals exhibited significant pitting corrosion behavior.As the well depth and CO_(2)volume fraction increased,the uniform corrosion rate of 3Cr steel generally showed a gradually increasing trend,while the uniform corrosion rate of P110 steel showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The main composition of corrosion products on the surface of P110 steel was FeCO_(3);at low temperature and low CO_(2)partial pressure,the main corrosion products on the surface of 3Cr steel were FeCr_(2)O_(4)and Cr(OH)_(3);while at high temperature and high CO_(2)partial pressure,the corrosion products on the surface of 3Cr steel were a double-layer film with the outer film mainly composed of FeCO_(3)and the inner film mainly composed of FeCr_(2)O_(4)and Cr(OH)_(3).
