摘  要:采用在普通碳钢管线钢化学成分基础上添加质量分数为1.4%的Cu的设计思路,试制开发出含铜L485M钢级抗细菌腐蚀HFW(高频焊接)焊管,规格为∅50.8 mm×6.0 mm。金相组织显示,焊缝和母材组织相似,基本实现了组织均匀化,且Cu元素在母材和焊缝中分布均匀。压扁试验表明管材焊接接头具有较高的强度、韧性和塑性。在纯SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)细菌腐蚀条件下,试制的HFW焊管母材30天最大点蚀深度仅5μm;在模拟苛刻的SRB+TGB(腐生菌)细菌腐蚀条件下,试制的HFW焊管焊缝和母材最大均匀腐蚀速率为0.022 mm/a,最大点蚀速率为0.127 mm/a,参照NACE SP 0775—2018标准确定该腐蚀属于轻度腐蚀。在SRB+TGB+CO_(2)复杂条件下且CO_(2)含量较高时,以严重的CO_(2)腐蚀为主,含Cu焊管无法有效抵抗CO_(2)腐蚀。在通入H_(2)S的溶液中,母材及焊接接头HIC(氢致开裂)试验显示腐蚀速率均为0,证明其具有优异的抗H_(2)S腐蚀性能。试验结果表明,试制的L485M钢级抗细菌腐蚀HFW焊管在苛刻的SRB+TGB条件下能够有效抑制细菌腐蚀,从而保证集输管线安全服役。A mass fraction of 1.4%Cu was added to ordinary carbon steel pipe to develop Cu-bearing L485M steel grade antibacterial HFW(high-frequency welding)pipe with a specification of∅50.8 mm×6.0 mm.Metallographic structure displayed that the microstructure of weld and base metal was basically homogenized,and Cu element was evenly distributed in the base metal and weld.The flattening test proved that the welded joints of the pipe had high strength,toughness,and plasticity.Under the corrosion condition of pure SRB(sulfate reducing bacteria),the maximum pitting depth of the HFW pipe was only 5μm after 30 days.While under the simulated harsh corrosion condition of SRB+TGB(total growth bacteria),the maximum uniform corrosion rate and maximum pitting corrosion rate of the weld and base metal produced were 0.022 mm/a and 0.127 mm/a,respectively.According to NACE SP 0775-2018,this corrosion degree was classified as mild corrosion.Under the complex conditions of SRB+TGB+CO_(2),when the CO_(2)content was high,severe CO_(2)corrosion was the main form of corrosion,and Cu containing welded pipes cannot effectively resist CO_(2)corrosion.In the presence of H_(2)S solution,the HIC test of the base metal and welded joint indicated a corrosion rate of 0,demonstrating its excellent resistance to H_(2)S corrosion.The experimental results showed that the trial produced L485M steel grade HFW pipe successfully inhibited bacterial corrosion under harsh SRB+TGB conditions,thereby ensuring the safe service of gathering pipeline.
