摘 要:尽管管道修补和加固技术是延长管道使用寿命的重要手段,但是现行管道修补方法多数只针对腐蚀缺陷处进行修补,却不考虑腐蚀对周边区域产生的影响。如果仅针对腐蚀区域进行修补,就可能导致管道使用寿命降低。该文利用有限元方法,研究受局部腐蚀影响的X80管道,通过对管道轴向应力分布曲线进行分析,提出利用腐蚀管道轴向应力分布曲线的斜率来确定腐蚀缺陷周围应力较大区域的方法,并将轴向应力增势较大的区域定义为“影响区”。在此基础上,进一步研究了不同腐蚀深度、腐蚀长度和腐蚀宽度条件下影响区的演变规律。其中腐蚀深度对影响区的作用最为明显,腐蚀长度次之,腐蚀宽度最小。通过对多工况下腐蚀管道的建模,拟合出了确定影响区范围的相关公式,为后期管道修补工作提供理论支撑及技术支持。Although pipeline repair and reinforcement techniques are important means to extend the service life of pipelines,most current pipeline repair methods only focus on repairing corrosion defects,without considering the impact of corrosion on surrounding areas.If repairs are only carried out on corroded areas,it may lead to a decrease in the service life of the pipeline.In this paper,the finite element method was used to study X80 pipeline affected by local corrosion.By analyzing the axial stress distribution curve of the pipeline,a method was proposed to determine the stress area around the corrosion defect by using the slope of the axial stress distribution curve of the corroded pipeline.The area with a large increase in axial stress was defined as the“affected zone”.Furthermore,the variation of the influence zone under different corrosion depths,corrosion lengths,and corrosion widths was studied.Among them,the effect of corrosion depth on the affected zone was the most significant,followed by corrosion length,and corrosion width was the smallest.By modeling corroded pipelines under multiple operating conditions,relevant formulas for determining the scope of the affected zone were fitted,which provided theoretical and technical support for later pipeline repair work.
