摘 要:近年来,加工劣质化原油给炼化企业带来巨大社会效益和经济效益的同时,也导致炼化装置的腐蚀环境更为复杂,难以摸清其腐蚀规律并制定准确的工艺防腐控制措施。为了应对这些挑战,人工智能(AI)技术利用先进的学习和预测能力,为腐蚀预测和管理提供了一种非常有效的方法。该文通过算法介绍和案例分析,展示了人工智能如何进行腐蚀预测;还介绍了利用人工智能进行炼化及生产装置工艺系统腐蚀预测的方法步骤,强调了其优势、挑战及未来的前景。通过集成人工智能技术,炼油厂可以预测腐蚀并优化腐蚀控制策略,保障装置安全运行。In recent years,processing inferior crude oil has brought huge social and economic benefits to refining and petrochemical enterprises,but it also has led to a more complex corrosion environment,making it difficult to understand the corrosion mechanism and develop accurate process anti-corrosion measures.To address these challenges,artificial intelligence(AI)technology,with its advanced learning and predictive capabilities,is utilized to provide a highly effective approach for corrosion prediction and management.Through algorithm introduction and case analysis,it is demonstrated how artificial intelligence can perform corrosion prediction.And the steps of using artificial intelligence for corrosion prediction of refining unit are also introduced,as well as its advantages,challenges,and future prospects.By integrating artificial intelligence technology,corrosion can be predicted and corrosion control strategies can be optimized to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
