摘  要:针对常顶管线腐蚀减薄严重和泄漏频发的问题,从常顶切水、注剂方式、常顶换热器温差和常顶管线更换记录等方面查找原因,分析认为常顶挥发线在气液两相界面发生了局部的露点腐蚀,常顶换热器出口腐蚀为酸腐蚀与冲蚀综合作用的结果。腐蚀的发生与原油性质、工艺防腐蚀措施有关,也与换热器及管路布置不合理、管道焊缝未进行焊后热处理等原因有关。In view of the serious corrosion thinning and frequent leakage problems of the overhead pipeline,the reasons were found by analyzing overhead draining water,chemical injection method,temperature difference of the overhead heat exchanger,and the replacement records of the overhead pipeline.It was believed that the local dew point corrosion occurred at the gas-liquid two-phase interface of the overhead volatilization line,and the corrosion of the overhead heat exchanger outlet was the result of the combined effects of the acid corrosion and erosion.The occurrence of corrosion was related to the properties of crude oil,process anti-corrosion measures,as well as the unreasonable layout of heat exchangers and pipelines,and the lack of post weld heat treatment for pipeline welds.
