摘　　要：针对工业循环冷却水用的磷系药剂含磷水排放受限和造成水质富营养化大量滋生细菌粘泥等弊端,现循环水广泛采用环保型无磷药剂。该文阐述了无磷药剂中添加PITA聚合物与锌盐搭配,对促进快速成膜和提高碳钢耐蚀性的协同增效作用及工业应用效果;重点介绍了无磷药剂中的YM211MS无磷预膜剂的缓蚀和预膜作用,其特点是:环境友好型产品(不含磷无污染)、成膜快、膜层致密耐腐蚀性能好,适合各种水质预膜。工业应用表明:预膜时水中药剂质量浓度300 mg/L时,24 h后预膜片呈蓝紫色为主的彩色膜(用硫酸铜试膜液滴定法检验变红时间>40 s,为相关标准要求10 s的4倍以上)。因药剂无磷预膜用水不需要大补大排,特别适用于不停车清洗后预膜用药。During the process of phosphorus-based agents using in industrial circulating cooling water,in view of the limitation of phosphorus containing water discharge and the proliferation of bacteria and sludge caused by eutrophication,environmentally friendly phosphorus free agents were widely used in circulating water.The synergistic effect and industrial application of adding PITA polymer and zinc salt in phosphorus free agents to promote rapid film formation and improve corrosion resistance of carbon steel material was elaborated.The corrosion inhibition and prefilming effect of YM211MS phosphorus free prefilming agent was emphasized,characterized by environmentally friendly products(no phosphorus pollution),fast film formation,dense film layer with good corrosion resistance,and suitable for prefilming of various water.The industrial application showed that when the concentration of agent in water was 300 mg/L,the prefilm was obviously purplish-blue color film after 24 hours(The red time was greater than 40 s by the cupric sulfate test film droplet determination method,which was more than 4 times of the relevant standard requirement of 10 s).Due to its phosphorus free nature,the prefilm water did not require large supplementation or discharge,which was especially suitable for prefilm medication after cleaning without shutdown operation.
