摘　　要：某石化公司采用完整性管理方法开展常压塔顶系统的腐蚀防控工作,包括腐蚀风险评估,制定完整性操作窗口,采用有效的腐蚀监测措施,监控腐蚀趋势并调整工艺防腐和检测工作。在装置运行期间,根据腐蚀探针趋势变化,调整注水注剂;在装置停工检修期间,根据发现的腐蚀问题,采取措施并持续跟踪和调控,最终取得了良好的防控效果。An integrity management method,which included corrosion risk assessment,establishment of integrity operating windows,adoption of effective corrosion monitoring measures,corrosion trend monitoring and adjustment of process anti-corrosion and inspections,was used by a petrochemical company to carry out corrosion prevention and control in the atmospheric tower overhead system.During the operation of the unit,the injection of wash water and corrosion inhibitor were adjusted according to the change of corrosion probe data.During the shutdown and maintenance period,corrective actions were taken in response to identified corrosion issues,followed by continuons monitoring and adjustment.Ultimately,this approach led to successful corrosion prevention and control.
