大学生对“流量经济”的认知与职业价值观培养研究

摘  要:在新媒体环境下,“流量经济”的兴起对大学生职业价值观的构建产生了重要影响。文章研究界定“流量经济”的概念,分析其高度依赖用户关注、强调内容吸引力和快速迭代变现等特点,剖析大学生对此现象的多元化认知,包括对正面效应与负面问题的关注,分析“流量经济”对大学生正确职业价值观培养的影响,如大学生的职业选择更加多元化,重新定义职业成功标准,对职业稳定性进行重新评估,对职业道德与责任进行深入思考,最后提出通过教育引导塑造健康职业价值观、构建多元化职业发展平台以及平衡短期“流量经济”与长期职业规划等策略,旨在为大学生职业发展提供有效指导和支持。In the new media environment,the rise of the"traffic economy"has had a significant impact on the construction of college students'professional values.The article studies and defines the concept of"traffic economy",analyzes its high dependence on user attention,emphasis on content attractiveness,and rapid iterative monetization,and dissects the diversified cognition of college students towards this phenomenon,including their attention to positive effects and negative issues.It analyzes the impact of"traffic economy"on the cultivation of correct career values among college students,such as more diversified career choices,redefining career success standards,reassessing career stability,and deeply considering professional ethics and responsibilities.Finally,it proposes strategies such as shaping healthy career values through education guidance,building diversified career development platforms,and balancing short-term"traffic economy"and long-term career planning,aiming to provide effective guidance and support for college students'career development.
