摘　　要：高校毕业生就业指导服务标准化管理,能够实现高校就业指导服务的精准化、专业化、信息化,进一步提升高校毕业生就业指导服务水平,让学生拥有更加广阔的职业发展空间。为提升高校毕业生的就业率,文章对高校毕业生就业指导服务标准化管理展开研究,首先介绍高校毕业生就业指导服务的新变化,随后探讨高校毕业生就业指导服务面临的困境,分析其中存在的问题,最后提出高校毕业生就业指导服务标准化管理的有效策略,以提升高校就业指导服务水平,促进学生更好地就业。Standardized management of employment guidance services for college graduates can achieve precision,specialization,and informatization of employment guidance services,further improve the level of employment guidance services for college graduates,and provide students with broader career development opportunities.In order to improve the employment rate of college graduates,this article conducts research on the standardized management of employment guidance services for college graduates.Firstly,it introduces the new changes in employment guidance services for college graduates,then explores the dificulties faced by employment guidance services for college graduates,analyzes the existing problems,and finally proposes effective strategies for standardized management of employment guidance services for college graduates,in order to improve the level of employment guidance services for college graduates and promote better employment opportunities for students.
