农业社会化服务对提升农户家庭发展韧性的影响研究

摘　　要：提升低收入群体家庭发展韧性是巩固脱贫攻坚成果的必然要求,也是促进全体人民共同富裕的应有之义。论文基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,采用面板固定效应模型与中介效应模型评估农业社会化服务对农户家庭发展韧性的影响并探讨其作用机制。研究发现:农业社会化服务能够提升农户家庭发展韧性,对于家庭发展韧性位于25%分位点以下的家庭,其促进效果尤为显著。作用机制检验表明,农业社会化服务通过促进土地转出、提升社会资本来强化农户家庭发展韧性。异质性分析表明,农业社会化服务对土地转出家庭、位于高社会网络的村庄家庭以及粮食主产区家庭的发展韧性具有更为显著的提升作用。因此,应持续优化完善农业社会化服务体系,规范土地流转程序,发挥乡村社会网络的联结优势,助力农户家庭发展韧性提升。Enhancing the resilience of low-income families is a necessary requirement for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and is also an inherent duty of promoting common prosperity for all people.Based on the China Family Panel Study(CFPS)data,this article uses panel fixed effect models and mediating effect models to evaluate the impact of agricultural socialized services on farmer family resilience and explore its mechanism.The study finds that agricultural socialized services can enhance farmer family resilience,and the promotion effect is particularly significant for families whose resilience is below the 25th percentile.The mechanism test shows that agricultural socialized services enhance farmer family resilience by promoting land transfer and improving social capital.The heterogeneity analysis shows that agricultural socialized services have a more significant promotion effect on land transfer families,families in high social network villages,and families in grain-producing areas.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously optimize and improve the agricultural socialized service system,standardize land procedures,and leverage the linkage advantages of rural social networks to help enhance the resilience of farmer families.
