摘  要:随着城市用地成本的不断攀升,国内出现了大量高层工业建筑。本研究以苏州吴中数字经济终端产品研发制造基地厂房为例,探讨现行工业建筑排烟系统设计规范在高层工业建筑防排烟系统设计实践中的适用情况,分析了高层工业建筑中工业流程、排烟系统竖向分区及排烟口与防烟分区最远点水平距离三个具体设计问题,同时,针对上述三个具体设计问题提出了建设性的建议,以便为类似工程提供参考。Many high-rise industrial buildings appeared in China with the continuously increasing cost of urban land.Taking the smoke exhaust system design of class C high-rise industrial building in Suzhou Wuzhong Digital Terminal R&D Factory Building as an example.The application situation of the current industrial building smoke exhaust system design code in the design practice of smoke control system in high-rise industrial buildings was discussed.The influence of industrial process on the design of high-rise industrial builings’smoke exhaust system was discussed.Vertical zoning and the farthest point of smoke partition horizontal distance of high-rise smoke exhaust system were researched in this paper.Constructive suggestions were put forward for the three specific design problems above,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
