商业综合体项目设计方案研究——以中燃集团华东总部大厦为例

摘　　要：本文以中燃集团华东总部大厦项目为例,探讨现代商业综合体项目设计方案。目的在于分析商业综合体设计的核心要求,并通过实际案例验证设计方案的可行性和实施效果。本文阐述了商业综合体设计的关键原则,并对中燃集团华东总部大厦项目的设计方案进行了深入分析。研究发现该项目在经济效益、空间利用和能源效率等方面取得显著成果,同时指出了改进之处。研究结果为未来商业综合体设计提供了启示,强调了灵活空间设计、公共空间质量提升及适应未来需求变化的重要性。本文创新地将理论分析与实际案例相结合,在定量和定性分析上全面评估了商业综合体项目的设计效果,为相关领域提供了参考。This paper examines the design of modern commercial complexes,using the China Gas Group Limited East China Headquarters Building Project as an example.The purpose is to analyze the core requirements of commercial complex design,and verify the feasibility and effect of the design scheme through practical cases.This paper expounds the key principles of commercial complex design,and makes an in-depth analysis of the design scheme of the China Gas Group Limited East China Headquarters Building Project.The study found that the project has achieved remarkable results in economic efficiency,space utilization and energy efficiency,and pointed out some improvements.This paper innovatively combines theoretical analysis with practical cases,comprehensively evaluates the design effect of commercial complex projects in quantitative and qualitative analysis,and provides references for related fields.
