摘  要:随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市人口增加导致配套设施的负荷也成倍增加,城市水处理系统作为基础设施配套中的重要组成部分,与人们生活息息相关。既有建(构)筑物与新建建(构)筑物在时间和空间上的矛盾日益突出,亟需解决。如何有效控制建(构)筑物及其变形,并实现有效保护,已成为一个值得深入研究的重要课题。本文以某污水处理厂已完成施工的真南北泵站项目为例,利用FRWS 9.0软件建立数字模型,分析了施工对既有建(构)筑物的变形影响,从而评估了方案的可行性和有效性。通过优化成桩工艺,在新建建(构)筑物与既有建(构)筑之间形成有效的刚性约束,严格控制施工参数、坑边堆载、临空时间及变形缝数量,并加强监测,实现了对沉降和变形的控制。施工完成后,监测结果表明,最大沉降值为-4.55 mm,符合重要建(构)筑物变形限值规定,且与有限元分析模型模拟结果的偏差较小,可为类似工程提供有益的参考。With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the increase of urban population leads to the doubling of the load of supporting facilities,urban water treatment system,as an important part of the infrastructure supporting,is closely related to people’s lives.The contradiction between existing buildings(structures)and new buildings(structures)in time and space is becoming more and more prominent,which needs to be solved urgently.How to effectively control the buildings(structures)and their deformation and realize effective protection has become an important issue worthy of further study.In this paper,a sewage treatment plant has completed the construction of the Zhennan North Pumping Station project as an example,the use of FRWS 9.0 software to establish a digital model,analysis of the construction of the existing buildings(structures)of the deformation impact,so as to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the program.By optimizing the pile forming process,an effective rigid constraint is formed between the new building(structure)and the existing building(structure),and the construction parameters,pit side loading,free time and the number of deformation joints are strictly controlled,and the monitoring is strengthened,so as to realize the control of settlement and deformation.After the construction is completed,the monitoring results show that the maximum settlement value is-4.55 mm,which is in line with the deformation limit of important buildings(structures),and the deviation from the simulation results of the finite element analysis model is small,which can provide a useful reference for similar projects.
