摘 要:随着我国科学技术的快速发展,我国桥梁建设也随之进步。在桥梁施工过程中不仅受技术及外部环境等因素的影响,还受区域地形的影响,转体施工的开展有效解决了此类问题。本文依托跨越207省道及既有陇海铁路的(72+120+72)m转体连续梁施工特点,通过对(72+120+72)m连续梁有限元分析,计算各施工阶段的变形和应力,同时根据现场实测数据对比分析调整误差来指导施工。研究结果表明:跨越207省道及既有陇海铁路的(72+120+72)m转体连续梁在整个施工过程中始终处于安全可靠的状态。同时,施工全过程中的关键截面理论值和实测值基本吻合,表明施工过程中各阶段梁体的受力满足规范要求,各阶段的应力及变形均在可控范围内,理论与实际误差未超出规范允许的界限,确保了梁体施工状态的安全性和有效性。With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,bridge construction has also made progress.In the process of bridge construction,it is not only influenced by factors such as technology and external environment,but also by regional terrain,the development of swivel construction has effectively solved such problems.This article relies on the construction characteristics of the(72+120+72)m rotating continuous beam that spans the 207 Provincial Road and the existing Longhai Railway,through finite element analysis of the(72+120+72)m continuous beam,the deformation and stress of each construction stage are calculated,at the same time,errors are adjusted based on on-site measured data to guide construction.The research results indicate that the(72+120+72)m rotating continuous beam crossing the 207 Provincial Road and the existing Longhai Railway remained in a safe and reliable state throughout the entire construction process.At the same time,the theoretical and measured values of key sections during the entire construction process are basically consistent,indicating that the stress on the beam at each stage of the construction process meets the requirements of the specifications,and the stress and deformation at each stage are within a controllable range,the theoretical and actual errors do not exceed the limits allowed by the specifications,ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the beam construction state.
