摘  要:建筑外墙长期渗漏不仅会导致保温系统开裂,降低结构的耐久性和安全性,还会引发一系列其他问题。此外,空鼓现象会使瓷砖容易破碎或翘起脱落,不仅影响建筑物外观美观性,还可能造成瓷砖掉落伤人事故。本研究采用红外热成像技术进行建筑外墙渗漏和空鼓检测,该技术具有高效、经济、无损的特点,为建筑改造提供了精确的数据支持,显著提升了修补工作的效率和精确度,对提升老旧建筑性能和确保城市安全具有重要意义。Chronic leakage on the exterior walls of buildings not only leads to cracks in the insulation system,reducing the durability and safety of the structure,but also triggers a series of other issues.Moreover,the phenomenon of hollowing can cause tiles to break easily or pop up and fall off,which not only affects the aesthetic appeal of the building but can also lead to accidents where tiles fall and injure people.This study employs infrared thermography for detecting leaks and hollowing in building exterior walls.This technology is characterized by its efficiency,cost-effectiveness,and non-destructive nature,providing precise data support for building renovation.It significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of repair work,which is of great importance for improving the performance of old buildings and ensuring urban safety.
