摘  要:本文针对某项目中的一部大直径大回旋角螺旋钢楼梯的结构与设计要点进行总结。该螺旋楼梯形状不规则、受力不明确,属于复杂的空间受力异形钢结构。根据项目特点,采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench进行实体有限元建模和分析。选定不同吊杆布置和连接节点的3种结构方案进行建模分析,分别从应力、变形、舒适度等设计指标判断各方案的可行性和优劣性,最终确定方案1为最优方案。项目完工后的使用体验也验证了该设计方法的可行性、安全性,可供类似项目设计参考。This paper summarizes the main points of structure and design of a spiral steel staircase with large diameter and large turning angle in a project.The spiral staircase has irregular shape and unclear force,and belongs to a complicated spatial force-bearing special-shaped steel structure.According to the characteristics of the project,the finite element modeling and analysis are carried out by ANSYS Workbench.The feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of three structural schemes with different arrangement of suspenders and connection nodes are judged by stress,deformation and comfort,and scheme 1 was finally determined as the best.The application experience after the completion of the project also verifies the feasibility,security of the design method,which can be used as a reference for similar project design.
