摘 要:在黏土、淤泥等软土地质条件下,管桩施工通常采用锤击或振动沉桩法。然而,在遇到砂卵石、岩层及含有孤石的坚硬地质条件时,这些方法则存在很大的局限性。静压植桩机施工技术的引入,能够有效解决复杂地质条件下管桩无法成桩的难题。基于此,本文以某工程地基施工为例,阐述了PHC预应力管桩试桩的施工过程,分析了长螺旋引孔施工技术、长螺旋潜孔锤钻孔施工技术及静压植桩施工技术,形成的螺旋钻与静压植桩相结合的施工技术,该技术具备在坚硬地质条件下进行引孔及静力压桩等多种功能。通过工程实践,PHC预应力混凝土管桩的静压植桩施工方法取得了良好的成效,可为类似工程提供参考。In clay,silt and other soft soil conditions,the construction of pipe piles usually adopts the hammer or vibration pile sinking method.However,these methods have great limitations when it comes to sandy pebbles,rock formations,and hard geological conditions containing isolated rocks.The introduction of static pressure pile planter construction technology can effectively solve the problem that pipe piles cannot be formed under complex geological conditions.Based on this,this paper describes the construction process of PHC prestressed pipe pile test pile with a foundation construction example,analyzes the construction technology of a long screw pilot hole,long screw drill hammer drilling and static pressure pile construction technology,and forms the construction technology combining auger and static pressure pile,which has various functions such as pilot hole and static pile pressure under hard geological conditions.Through engineering practice,PHC prestressed concrete pipe pile static pressure planting pile construction method has achieved good results,can provide a reference for similar projects.
