摘 要:为了有效控制混凝土浇筑过程中内外壁的温差,降低施工过程中裂缝的产生,本文以某商住小区工程为例,对建筑工程建设项目的施工方案进行了设计研究,确定水养护条件下混凝土极限膨胀率的设计,以及补偿收缩混凝土配合比的合理规划。通过严格按照规范要求进行混凝土泵送、浇筑和养护,不仅能够有效控制混凝土浇筑时的内外壁温差,还能显著降低施工工作面出现裂缝的风险,从而确保建设工程的整体质量。In order to effectively control the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls during the concrete pouring process and reduce the occurrence of cracks during construction,this paper takes a residential and commercial community project as an example.The construction plan of the building project is designed and studied,determining the design of the ultimate expansion rate of concrete under water curing conditions,as well as the rational planning of the mix proportion of compensating shrinkage concrete.By strictly following the specifications for concrete pumping,pouring,and curing,not only can the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls during concrete pouring be effectively controlled,but the risk of cracks appearing on the construction surface can also be significantly reduced,thereby ensuring the overall quality of the construction project.
