摘 要:钢箱梁因其优异的力学性能而被广泛应用于大跨度、高负载的桥梁工程中。钢箱梁施工过程复杂,对精度要求极其严格。在此过程中,有效的测量技术是确保施工质量的关键因素之一。特别是导线测量,以其高精度、布设灵活的特性,成为钢箱梁施工测量过程中不可或缺的一个重要环节。本文以太原市滨河东路南延二期工程为例,深入探讨导线测量在钢箱梁施工中的应用。实践表明,严格按照规章制度做好导线测量工作,有助于提高钢箱梁施工的精度,降低后续调整梁体的概率,从而提高施工效率。这为类似工程提供了宝贵的参考和指导。Steel box girder is widely used in bridge engineering with long span and high load.The construction process of steel box girder is complicated and the precision is very high.In this process,effective measurement technology is the key to ensure the quality of construction.Among them,the wire measurement,with its high precision and flexible layout,has become an indispensable part in the construction and measurement process of steel box girder.This paper takes the Binhe East Road South Extension Phase II project in Taiyuan City as an example to delve into the application of traverse surveying in the construction of steel box girders.Practice has shown that strictly following regulations and procedures in conducting traverse surveys helps to enhance the precision of steel box girder construction,reduce the probability of subsequent adjustments to the girders,and thereby improve construction efficiency.This provides valuable reference and guidance for similar projects.
