摘  要:本文介绍了一种应用于拱形车站的弧形铝板吊顶施工技术,该技术贯穿了从设计到施工的整个生命周期。文章重点阐述了技术优化对指导现场施工的重要意义,并结合深圳市地铁16号线大运北站的实际案例,总结出一种可批量生产、安装简易的施工技术,该技术在前期对施工方案进行了系统性研究和优化,确保了方案的可行性、工厂加工的精确性、现场安装的便捷性以及交付运营后的备品备件和检修更换的便利性。最终,该技术不仅满足了设计效果的要求,还有效降低了施工成本并加快了施工进度,为业内提供了借鉴和参考。This paper introduces a construction technology for curved aluminum panel ceilings applied to arched stations,which runs through the whole life cycle from design to construction.This paper focuses on the importance of technical optimization to guide on-site construction,and combined with the actual case of Dayun North Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 16,summarizes a construction technology that can be mass-produced and easy to install,and the construction technology has been systematically studied and optimized in the early stage of the construction plan to ensure the feasibility of the scheme,the accuracy of factory processing,the convenience of on-site installation,and the convenience of spare parts and maintenance and replacement after delivery and operation.In the end,the technology not only meets the requirements of the design effect,but also effectively reduces the construction cost and accelerates the construction progress,which provides a reference for the industry.
