摘 要:梳理历届美国国家安全战略和“美国总统项目”,美国国家安全教育政策发展经历了五个阶段,具有以国家安全战略调整为驱动、以捍卫美国全球竞争力为宗旨、以区域国别和外语学习为重点、以部门联合与院校联盟为方式、以培养与延揽国家安全人才为目的等特征。未来,我国开展国家安全教育应以总体国家安全观为指引,深入推进大中小学国家安全教育一体化,在教育内容上树立历史文化与科学技术的基础性地位,在法律保障上加速国家安全教育法制化进程,在学科建设上突出区域国别研究的重要性,在机制优化上推动构建国家安全教育共同体,在受众对象上明确国家安全教育的差异性和针对性,为国家安全教育发展提供有力支撑。Based on the textual review of the national security strategies of various administrations and the American Presidential Project,it is found out that the US national security education policy has undergone five different stages of development,with the following characteristics:being driven by the adjustments of national security strategy,intending to maintain US global competitiveness,focusing on regional studies and foreign language learning,prioritizing interagency partnership and university alliances,and aiming to cultivate and recruit national security talents.In the future,China's national security education should be guided by the holistic approach to national security,further promote the integration of national security education in universities,middle schools and primary schools from the perspective of education strategy,establish the fundamental position of history,culture and science and technology in education content,speed up the introduction of legislation on national security education,highlight the importance of regional studies in national security studies in terms of the development of disciplines and majors,promote the establishment of the mechanism of a community of national security education,and clarify the differences and pertinence of national security education for various groups of recipients,so as to provide strong support for the development of national security education in China and serve the development of Chinese-style modernisation in a stable and far-reaching manner.
