摘 要:长距离重力流倒虹吸输水管道由于受线路长、阀门及其他水力设备众多等因素影响,不合理的阀门启闭方式不仅会造成供水中断,严重时可能造成管道系统的破坏。特别是在事故应急状态下,如何通过阀门设备的调度有效降低事故损失,同时不会因阀门设备启闭引起其他次生事故已成为研究的重点。本文以天水市城区引洮供水工程事故状态下最不利点管道爆管为研究对象,通过采取管道系统分段隔断的方式降低事故损失,为防止在关闭隔断阀过程中产生关阀水锤,通过四种不同工况下泄水阀的关闭方式研究,得出了最优阀门启闭方式,可为同类工程提供参考。In long-distance gravity-flow siphon water conveyance pipelines,factors such as extended pipeline length,numerous valves,and other hydraulic equipment can lead to operational challenges.Improper valve opening and closing methods may not only disrupt water supply but,in severe cases,cause damage to the pipeline system.Particularly under emergency conditions,how to effectively reduce accident losses through the scheduling of valve equipment while avoiding secondary accidents caused by valve operations has become a key research focus.This paper examines the pipeline burst at the most critical point under accident conditions in the Tianshui Urban Water Supply Project.By implementing a segmented isolation approach for the pipeline system to reduce accident losses,the research aims to prevent valve-closing water hammer during the isolation process.Through the analysis of four different scenarios for closing the drain valves,the optimal valve operation method was identified.The findings provide a valuable reference for similar projects.
