摘 要:本文以青岛市崂山区大河东水库除险加固工程为例,重点研究分析坝高超过50m、渗漏量超过总库容10%、坝体本身裂隙密集等复杂条件下浆砌石坝的灌浆技术。本工程以坝基帷幕灌浆、坝体充填灌浆为主要加固手段,根据浆砌石坝体结构、工程特点以及地质条件,研究分析确定坝基帷幕灌浆采用单双排组合布置,渗漏严重处设双排,灌浆方法采用“分三序加密、自上而下、分段卡塞”灌浆法,灌浆溶液选用水泥浆液+硅溶胶溶液组合方式;坝体充填灌浆采用“分两序加密、自上而下、孔口封闭、循环”灌浆法,灌浆溶液选用水泥浆液+硅溶胶溶液组合方式。通过分析加固后的工程运行效果,确定对于复杂条件下的浆砌石坝体渗漏及结构稳定问题,根据渗漏部位、渗漏情况及坝体结构,采用分段布置、分序加密以及组合浆液的分部位联合灌浆法,才能保证灌浆效果,实现大坝的安全稳定运行。This paper takes the Dahedong Reservoir hazard mitigation and reinforcement project in Laoshan District,Qingdao as an example to focus on the study and analysis of grouting technology for masonry dams under complex conditions,such as a dam height exceeding 50 meters,leakage greater than 10%of the total reservoir capacity,and dense cracks in the dam body.In this project,the main reinforcement methods are foundation curtain grouting and dam body filling grouting.Based on the structure of the masonry dam,project characteristics,and geological conditions,the study analyzes and determines the following grouting approaches:for the foundation curtain grouting,a combination of single and double-row arrangements is used,with double rows set in areas with severe leakage;the grouting method employs a“threestage densification,top-down,segmented plugging”technique;the grouting solution is a combination of cement grout and silica sol solution.For the dam body filling grouting,a“wo-stage densification,top-down,pore sealing,and circulation”grouting method is used,with the grouting solution being a combination of cement grout and silica sol solution.Through the analysis of the post-reinforcement operation effect,it is determined that for masonry dams under complex conditions,issues such as leakage and structural stability should be addressed using a segmented arrangement,staged densification,and a combination of grouting solutions tailored to the leakage location,leakage severity,and dam structure.This approach ensures the effectiveness of the grouting and guarantees the safe and stable operation of the dam.
