抱箍贝雷架支撑体系在跨河现浇箱梁施工中的应用

摘  要:在现浇桥梁施工中,采用满堂脚手架施工非常普遍。但在汛期雨季跨河时,只有在既确保河道正常过流又确保安全度汛的情况下才能正常施工,显然传统满堂脚手架已不再适用,采用何种方式安全可靠地施工已经成为了当前需要解决的难题。本文通过采用抱箍贝雷架支撑体系进行现浇箱梁施工,成功解决了这一困扰,指导了现场施工,保证了安全和质量,为雨季跨河现浇箱梁的施工提供了参考。In cast-in-place bridge construction,the use of full scaffolding is very common.However,during the rainy season and flood periods,when crossing rivers,it is necessary to ensure both the normal flow of the river and safe flood passage for construction to proceed.Under these conditions,traditional full scaffolding is no longer suitable,and finding a safe and reliable construction method has become a significant challenge.This paper addresses this issue by adopting a clamping Bailey frame support system for cast-in-place box girder construction.This approach successfully resolved the challenges,guided on-site construction,and ensured safety and quality.It provides a valuable reference for cast-in-place box girder construction over rivers during the rainy season.
