摘  要:为探索PDCA循环方法嵌入水利项目安全风险管控体系的应用效果,以实际案例深入探讨基于PDCA循环理念的四个阶段、八大步骤如何与该工程风险管控的查找、研判、预警、防范、处置、责任“六项机制”相结合。应用统一评价模型,对比PDCA循环实施前后变化,结果显示,该工程采用PDCA循环后工程安全可靠性评估得分从2023年的89.4分提升至2024年的105.2分,安全管理水平显著增强,这表明PDCA循环方法嵌入水利项目安全风险管控体系有效,具应用价值。To explore the application effectiveness of embedding the PDCA cycle method into the safety risk management and control system of water conservancy projects,this study uses a real case to delve into the practical integration of the four stages and eight steps of the PDCA cycle concept with the project’s six mechanisms for risk management:identification,assessment,early warning,prevention,handling,and accountability.By applying a unified evaluation model,the changes before and after implementing the PDCA cycle were compared.Results show that after adopting the PDCA cycle,the safety reliability evaluation score of the project increased from 89.4 in 2023 to 105.2 in 2024,significantly enhancing the level of safety management.This demonstrates that embedding the PDCA cycle method into the safety risk management and control system of water conservancy projects is effective and valuable for practical application.
