人口规模巨大的现代化:潜在优势、内在张力与推进对策

摘　　要：人口规模是影响现代化建设的重要因素。巨大的人口规模内嵌着消费市场规模效应,劳动力供给充足以及人口素质显著提升。与此同时,也应当看到人口规模巨大的现代化面临不平衡不充分的发展矛盾。一方面,人口发展不平衡,具体表现为人口结构性矛盾与人口空间分布矛盾凸显;另一方面,人口发展不充分,具体表现为人口负增长趋势显著。实现人口规模巨大的现代化,应当聚焦银发经济建设,培育高素质劳动力,优化人口空间分布,打造友好型生育社会,为中国式现代化的实现创造有利的人口条件。Huge population,an important factor influencing modern construction,is embedded with the scale effect of the consumer market,the abundant supply of labor force and the remarkable improvement of the quality of the population.However,it cannot be denied that the modernization of huge population is confronted with the contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate development.To be specific,unbalanced population development is manifested as the contradiction between population structure and population spatial distribution;insufficient population development is manifested as a significant negative population growth trend.To realize the modernization of huge population,we should focus on the construction of the silver-haired economy,cultivate high-quality labor force,optimize the spatial distribution of the population,build a friendly child-bearing society,and create favorable population conditions for the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
