福建省保护侨乡文化的理论与实践

摘　　要：文化是侨乡社会的命脉,是侨乡人民的精神养分,是“一带一路”建设的重要基石。福建作为我国重点侨乡之一,侨乡文化具有深厚的意蕴,文化资源极其丰富。在国家文化战略的指引下,福建侨乡文化发展要发挥其应有的作为。新形势下,实现福建侨乡优秀文化的创造性转化和创新性发展;怎样重塑当代福建侨乡的共有精神家园;使侨乡发展以文化的形式,既要保持自己的独立性和先进性,又要面向未来,融入并推进当代福建文化的繁荣发展;使侨乡文化融入福建文化的主旋律,把提振福建侨乡文化和弘扬福建精神紧密结合起来,使得福建侨乡优秀文化在传承发展中不断发扬光大。Culture is seen as the social lifeline for overseas Chinese hometowns,the spiritual nourishment the people living in the overseas Chinese hometowns,as well as the cornerstone of the“Belt and Road”Initiative.Fujian,as the key overseas Chinese hometown in China,has a profound cultural significance and extremely rich cultural resources.Under the guidance of national cultural strategy,the cultural development in the overseas Chinese hometowns should play its due role.For achieving creative transformation and innovative development of excellent culture of overseas Chinese hometowns in Fujian under the new situation,great efforts need to be taken regarding the following aspects:reshaping the shared spiritual home,maintain its independence and progressiveness,facing the future whiling integrating and promoting the prosperity and development of contemporary Fujian culture,integrating the culture of overseas Chinese hometowns into the main theme of Fujian culture,closely combining culture revitalization for the overseas Chinese hometowns and the promotion of Fujian spirit,and continuously carrying forward excellent culture of overseas Chinese hometowns in the inheritance and development.
