摘  要:姜黄素是从姜黄属植物根茎中提取的一种具有丰富生物活性的多酚类天然化合物。该文综述了近年来国内外关于姜黄素治疗不同类型肝损伤的实验研究,探讨了其保肝作用及相关机制。以实验动物肝损伤模型为基础,总结了姜黄素在化学性、药物性、酒精性、非酒精性和免疫性诱导的肝损伤模型中的治疗作用,并分析了其改善实验性肝损伤的机制,为深入研究姜黄素在肝损伤保护中的作用提供了参考。Curcumin is a natural polyphenolic extracted from the rhizome of turmeric with diverse biological activities.This paper reviewed the experimental studies on curcumin in the treatment of different types of liver injury at home and abroad in recent years,and discussed its hepatoprotective effect and underlying mechanisms.Based on the experimental animal models of liver injury,the therapeutic effects of curcumin in chemical,drug,alcoholic,non-alcoholic and immune-induced liver injury models were summarized,and the mechanism in improving experimental liver injury was assessed.We aim to provide a reference for the further study of curcumin in the protection of liver injury.
