摘 要:提出重力坝坝后浅埋管道的三种埋设方式,即钢管与外围钢筋混凝土完全联合承载(直埋)、管坝分缝处设垫层、钢衬外包垫层。通过非线性有限元静力计算选定外包混凝土厚度和垫层方案的垫层力学参数,并对不同埋设方式管道受力与开裂情况进行对比,以及通过地震工况计算对比分析不同埋设方式管道结构的抗震安全性。通过计算分析指出不同埋设方式坝后浅埋管的抗震性能均较好,管道外包混凝土承担的地震作用基本相当,三种埋设方案管道截面轴向和环向应力分布规律和应力值大小不存在显著差异。其中钢衬外包垫层方案管坝结构受力情况良好,抗震性能较高,在结构安全性方面具备明显的优势,为推荐的优选方案。Three burial methods for shallow buried pipelines behind gravity dams are proposed,namely complete joint bearing of steel pipes and peripheral reinforced concrete(direct burial),setting cushion layer at the joint of the pipe dam,and steel lined outer cushion layer.By using nonlinear finite element static calculation,the mechanical parameters of the outer concrete thickness and cushion layer scheme are selected,and the stress and cracking of pipelines with different burial methods are compared.The seismic safety of pipeline structures with different burial methods is also analyzed through seismic condition calculation.Through calculation and analysis,it is pointed out that the seismic performance of shallow buried pipes behind dams with different burial methods is relatively good,and the seismic effects borne by the concrete wrapped around the pipes are basically the same.There is no significant difference in the axial and circumferential stress distribution and stress values of the pipeline sections among the three burial schemes.The steel lined outer cushion layer scheme has good stress conditions and high seismic performance in the dam structure,and has obvious advantages in structural safety.It is recommended as the preferred solution.
