摘　　要：干式螺杆真空泵广泛应用于化工、医药、电子等领域,其内部泄漏会直接影响真空度和效率。文章针对干式螺杆真空泵内部泄漏问题,分析了泄漏通道类型,简化了泄漏通道结构,并建立了内部流动过程模型。通过数值模拟程序,计算分析了不同泄漏通道对真空泵性能的影响,并探讨了降低泄漏的方法。Dry screw vacuum pumps are widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,electronic and other fields.Their internal leakage will directly affect the vacuum degree and efficiency.Aiming at the internal leakage problem of dry screw vacuum pumps,this paper analyzes the leakage channel types,simplifies the leakage channel structure,and establishes an internal flow process model.Through the numerical simulation program,the influence of different leakage channels on the performance of the vacuum pump is calculated and analyzed,and the method of reducing leakage is discussed.
