摘 要:为提高洗煤厂运行管理质量,研究PLC控制技术在洗煤厂的应用效果,文章分析了PLC控制技术应用要点,基于PLC控制技术,从系统设计、系统功能、控制策略、稳定性设计等方面出发,确定洗煤厂PLC控制系统方案,建立监控系统。结果表明,自动加药能够降低药剂消耗量,提升产品品质,有效减少加药失误造成的经济损失。该系统满足洗煤厂运行要求,持续优化能达到最佳应用效果。In order to improve the quality of operation and management in coal washing plants,the application effect of PLC control technology in coal washing plants is studied.This article analyzes the application points of PLC control technology.Based on PLC control technology,starting from system design,system function,control strategy,and stability design,the PLC control system scheme of the coal washing plant is determined,and a monitoring system is established.The results indicate that automatic dosing can reduce drug consumption,improve product quality,and effectively reduce economic losses caused by dosing errors.The system meets the operational requirements of the coal washing plant,and continuous optimization can achieve the best application effect.
