摘 要:目的:真空排水技术在农村生活污水处理中的应用。过程:建立真空排水系统,将单户或多户排水经排污管道重力自流至污水井,再通过负压收集箱作用,实现污水的有压收集与输送。综合考虑污水密度等实际因素,通过管道压降计算能耗,获得污水抽吸系统的能效水平。系统中具有重力收集管段和真空管道,采取混凝土浇筑或焊接钢管进行管道敷设。结果:在不同区域中,管网的2倍污水流量值在1.6~1.7L/s,满足当前污水流量的排放要求;在100min内漏坏率为5.51%,结果在标准范围内。结论:在应用中具有较好的负压保持能力,能够有效地进行污水收集和排放。Objective:application of vacuum drainage technology in rural domestic sewage treatment.Process:establish a vacuum drainage system,flow the single or multiple household drainage to the sewage well through the sewage pipe gravity,and then realize the pressure collection and transportation of sewage through the action of the negative pressure collection box.Considering the practical factors such as sewage density,the energy consumption is calculated by pipeline pressure drop to obtain the energy efficiency level of the sewage suction system.The system has a gravity collection pipe section and a vacuum pipe,using concrete pouring or welded steel pipe for pipe laying.Results:in different areas,the double sewage discharge value of the pipe network is between 1.6-1.7L/s,meeting the current sewage discharge requirements;the leakage rate within 100min is 5.51%,and the results are within the standard range.Conclusion:it has good negative pressure retention ability and can effectively conduct sewage collection and discharge.
