摘 要:电力系统的规模日益庞大,运行的复杂性显著提高,安全性评估的需求愈加迫切。为此,文章设计了一种基于大数据分析的电力系统安全风险评估系统。该系统通过整合多种数据源,并结合贝叶斯网络、模糊综合评价和卷积神经网络等先进算法,实现了对电力系统潜在风险的精准预测和实时预警。在变压器过载、线路短路和电压波动等典型故障场景下的测试结果表明,系统在准确率、响应时间和召回率等方面均表现优异,验证了其在实际应用中的可靠性与有效性。The scale of the power system is becoming increasingly large,and the complexity of operation has significantly increased,making the need for safety assessment more urgent.Therefore,this article designs a power system security risk assessment system based on big data analysis.The system integrates multiple data sources and combines advanced algorithms such as Bayesian networks,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and convolutional neural networks to achieve accurate prediction and real-time warning of potential risks in the power system.The test results under typical fault scenarios such as transformer overload,line short circuit,and voltage fluctuation show that the system performs excellently in accuracy,response time,and recall rate,verifying its reliability and effectiveness in practical applications.
