摘　　要：近年来,网络安全形势日益严峻,严重威胁电力监控系统安全稳定运行。为建立甘肃电网主动免疫结构的网络安全防护体系,从“管理、技术、支撑”3个维度出发,构建了甘肃电网“网络设备过滤防线、纵向加密阻断防线、监测装置预警防线”的电力监控系统网络安全“边界三道防线”安全防护体系,实现甘肃电网电力监控系统全人员、全业务、全场景、全过程的安全防护。In recent years,the situation of cybersecurity has become increasingly severe,posing a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the power monitoring system.In order to establish a network security protection system for the active immune structure of Gansu Power Grid,a network security“boundary three lines of defense”security protection system for the power monitoring system of Gansu Power Grid was constructed from the three dimensions of“management,technology,and support”,including“network equipment filtering defense line,vertical encryption blocking defense line,and monitoring device warning defense line”.This system achieves security protection for all personnel,all businesses,all scenarios,and all processes of Gansu Power Grid’s power monitoring system.
